抓斗清污機(jī)主要由卷?yè)P(yáng)機(jī)構(gòu)、鋼絲繩、耙斗、鋼絲繩滑輪、耙斗張合裝置、機(jī)械過力矩保護(hù)、移動(dòng)行車、地面固定式軌道及移動(dòng)行車定位裝置組成。整機(jī)定位清污動(dòng)作、耙斗升降、耙斗張合、耙斗污物刮除等與固定安裝的鋼絲繩牽引耙斗式格柵除污機(jī)相同,唯有上機(jī)架與下機(jī)架分體,上機(jī)架全部設(shè)在移動(dòng)行車上。其工作原理為:除污時(shí),機(jī)架移動(dòng)到需清污的格柵位置,當(dāng)上下機(jī)架對(duì)位準(zhǔn)確后,耙斗才可順利下放除污。對(duì)于寬幅格柵,除污機(jī)除污完畢移動(dòng)一個(gè)齒耙有效寬度,繼續(xù)除污,直至格柵柵面污物完畢,柵前后水位差達(dá)到正常值時(shí)為止。對(duì)于多溝渠分布格柵,除污機(jī)除污完一個(gè)溝渠的格柵后,移動(dòng)至另一溝渠,繼續(xù)除污,直至所有溝渠格柵柵面污物完畢,柵前后水位差達(dá)到正常值時(shí)為止。
